phmoney Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phmoney ("phmoney", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phmoney website located at phmoney.co and all associated gaming services, including but not limited to the online casino, sportsbook, live dealer tables, and all related products offered through the phmoney platform.

By creating an account, accessing the phmoney platform, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplemental terms referenced herein. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register an account or use the phmoney platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. phmoney reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain an active account on phmoney, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine law governing online gaming;
• You must be a natural person (legal entities may not hold player accounts);
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online casino gaming is prohibited or restricted by law;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of phmoney or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processor whose employment or contractual relationship creates a conflict of interest;
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from phmoney or have an active exclusion order in place under any applicable responsible gaming framework;
• You must not be listed on any government-mandated exclusion register applicable to Philippine online gaming.

phmoney reserves the right to conduct eligibility verification at any point in the account relationship and to request documentary evidence (including valid Philippine government-issued identification such as a passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, or SSS UMID card) to confirm compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active phmoney account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to promptly notify phmoney of any changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your phmoney login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes;
• All activity that occurs on your account, regardless of whether it was authorized by you;
• Immediately notifying phmoney if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

phmoney will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message purporting to be from phmoney that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

phmoney implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All accounts are subject to identity verification before the processing of any withdrawal. KYC documentation requirements include a valid government-issued photo ID and may extend to proof of address and source of funds documentation at phmoney's discretion.

phmoney supports deposits and withdrawals via approved Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at phmoney's discretion without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. phmoney does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your phmoney wallet upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfer processing times vary.
• phmoney does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible, in compliance with AML obligations.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• phmoney reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once approved and processing has commenced.

phmoney does not hold player funds in a segregated account. Player funds are held as part of phmoney's operational funds. This should be considered when assessing the risk associated with depositing funds on the platform.

phmoney offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered phmoney players only, subject to residency, age, and account standing requirements;
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (and deposit amount, where specified) at the multiplier stated in the applicable promotion terms;
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms;
• Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings may apply and will be stated in the relevant promotion terms;
• phmoney reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if phmoney determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has exploited, abused, or manipulated any promotional offer;
• Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise;
• phmoney reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games offered on the phmoney platform are governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface. By placing a wager, you agree to the specific rules applicable to that game. In the event of any discrepancy between general platform terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of all other matters.

The outcome of all Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on phmoney is determined by certified algorithms that produce statistically random results. RTP percentages for all slot games are independently verified and available to players on request. phmoney does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified RNG-based game in favour of or against any individual player.

Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments. Results are determined by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by trained live dealers and observed in real time by players. Technical disconnections during a live dealer game session do not automatically entitle a player to a refund of any wager placed before the disconnection occurred, provided the game round was completed and the result recorded.

Sports betting wagers are settled in accordance with phmoney's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the platform. In the event of a manifest error in odds, phmoney reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

phmoney is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help Filipino players maintain control of their gaming activity. All registered phmoney accounts have access to the following responsible gaming controls, accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted over a specified period. Decreases take immediate effect; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks). Your account cannot be reopened until the cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from phmoney. Self-exclusion is a serious measure and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Once a self-exclusion has been applied, phmoney will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account and will not send promotional communications to the excluded player during the exclusion period. phmoney accepts no liability for losses incurred by a player who successfully circumvents self-exclusion measures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmoney platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Opening or operating more than one phmoney account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose, including the use of stolen payment credentials or misappropriated funds;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that is designed to obscure the origin of funds;
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, spider, or other automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly permitted;
• Exploiting any software error, malfunction, or technical fault to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, sports betting, or poker-format games;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from phmoney's software;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening phmoney staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Violating any applicable Philippine law or regulation in connection with your use of the platform.

All content displayed on the phmoney platform, including but not limited to the phmoney brand name, logo, game content, graphics, software, text, audio, video, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of phmoney or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

phmoney grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content; use any phmoney trademark or brand element; or represent yourself as affiliated with phmoney in any capacity.

Any unauthorised use of phmoney's Content or intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phmoney shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gameplay, including technical errors not caused by phmoney's gross negligence;
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of platform services;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data;
• Any content or conduct of third parties on or through the platform;
• Any decisions made in reliance on information provided on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude phmoney's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phmoney does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

phmoney collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on phmoney, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phmoney processes player data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised gaming experiences. phmoney does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

phmoney reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason that phmoney, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any supplemental policy;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Discovery that the player was ineligible at the time of registration;
• Reasonable belief that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Players may voluntarily close their phmoney account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, phmoney reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Any funds determined to derive from fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity may be forfeited.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the phmoney platform, except where any applicable law mandates a different dispute resolution forum.

phmoney operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players with unresolved complaints that have not been satisfactorily addressed by phmoney's internal complaints procedure may escalate their complaint to the relevant PAGCOR authority.

phmoney reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their phmoney account, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with the date of last revision indicated at the top. Your continued use of the phmoney platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
